Abstract
Designed a glass cutting machine by applying the control system technology with help of the Dc motor model using Matlab Simulink. The dc motor is acted as a cutting machine. This paper involves designing the motor model and changes the motor model to transfer function from the quanser model Dc motor. The motor cutting disc is the main part to cut glass material. In addition to that measured force, velocity of the motor is also measured.
